Kangseok Lee(이하 “개발자”)는 FOC Toolkit(이하 “앱”)의 이용자 개인정보 보호를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 및 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 처리방침은 앱 이용 과정에서 수집되는 정보와 처리 방침을 설명합니다.

2. 수집하는 개인정보

2.1 개발자가 직접 수집하는 정보

개발자는 앱 이용 과정에서 어떠한 개인정보도 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 계산기에 입력한 값, 설정 정보 등 앱 사용 중 생성되는 데이터는 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

2.2 제3자(광고 파트너)를 통해 수집되는 정보

앱은 Google AdMob 을 통해 배너 광고를 표시합니다. Google 및 광고 파트너는 광고 제공과 측정을 위해 아래 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다:

광고 식별자 (IDFA — 이용자 동의 시에만)
기기 정보 (기기 모델, OS 버전, 언어 설정 등)
대략적 위치 정보 (IP 주소 기반의 국가/지역 수준)

3. 정보 이용 목적

제3자를 통해 수집된 정보는 다음 목적으로만 사용됩니다:

4. 보관 및 파기

4.1 로컬 저장 데이터

앱이 기기에 저장하는 설정·상태 정보는 앱 삭제 시 자동으로 함께 제거됩니다.

4.2 제3자 보관 정보

5. 제3자 제공

개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 앱에 표시되는 광고와 관련해 Google AdMob 및 해당 광고 네트워크가 데이터를 처리합니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 아래 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다:

추적 거부: iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 에서 앱별 추적을 거부할 수 있습니다. 거부 시 맞춤형이 아닌 일반 광고가 제공됩니다.
광고 개인화 동의 철회: GDPR/PIPA 대상 지역 이용자는 앱 내 동의 관리 화면 또는 기기 설정에서 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.

7. 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보

1. Introduction

Kangseok Lee (“Developer”) values user privacy and complies with applicable data protection regulations including Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use FOC Toolkit (“App”).

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information Collected by the Developer

The Developer does not directly collect any personal information. All calculator inputs, settings, and state generated during App use are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to the Developer’s servers.

2.2 Information Collected by Third Parties

The App displays banner ads via Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may collect:

Advertising identifier (IDFA — only with your consent)
Device information (model, OS version, language settings, etc.)
Approximate location (country/region level, derived from IP address)
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, conversions)

3. Purpose of Use

Third-party-collected data is used solely to:

Display ads within the App
Measure ad performance and detect invalid clicks

4. Data Retention

4.1 Local Data

All App data stored on your device is automatically removed when you uninstall the App.

4.2 Third-Party Retention

The Developer does not share user data with third parties. Ad-related data is processed by Google AdMob and the ad networks serving ads in the App.

6. Your Rights

Opt out of tracking: On iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disable tracking per app. This results in non-personalized ads instead of tailored ones.
Withdraw advertising consent: Users in GDPR/PIPA regions may withdraw consent via the in-app consent management screen or device settings.
