2. 수집하는 개인정보

2.1 개발자가 직접 수집하는 정보

개발자는 앱 이용 과정에서 어떠한 개인정보도 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 모터 사양(SPMSM 파라미터), 부하 모델 설정, 프리셋, 그 밖의 설계 입력값 등 앱 사용 중 생성되는 데이터는 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며 개발자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

2.2 광고 파트너(Google AdMob)를 통해 수집되는 정보

앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 배너 광고를 표시합니다. Google 및 광고 파트너는 광고 제공과 측정을 위해 다음 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

• 광고 식별자 (IDFA — 이용자 동의 시에만)
• 기기 정보 (기기 모델, OS 버전, 언어 설정 등)
• 대략적 위치 정보 (IP 주소 기반의 국가/지역 수준)
• 광고 상호작용 데이터 (노출, 클릭, 전환 등)

2.3 동의 관리(Google User Messaging Platform)

GDPR 등 적용 지역의 광고 개인화 동의 폼을 제공하기 위해 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 사용합니다. UMP는 이용자의 동의 상태를 기기 또는 Google의 동의 시스템에 저장합니다.

• 이용자 동의 시 맞춤형 광고 제공

4. 보관 및 파기

4.1 로컬 저장 데이터

앱이 기기에 저장하는 데이터(모터·시스템 입력값, 프리셋, 표시 설정)는 이용자가 앱을 사용하는 동안 보관되며 별도의 만료 기한을 적용하지 않습니다. 이용자는 언제든지 다음 방법으로 해당 데이터를 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.

• 앱 내 프리셋 시트에서 개별 프리셋을 좌측 스와이프하여 삭제
• iOS 설정 또는 홈 화면에서 앱 자체를 삭제 — 모든 로컬 데이터가 함께 즉시 제거됩니다

4.2 제3자 보관 정보

광고 파트너가 수집한 정보의 보관 기간은 해당 업체의 정책을 따릅니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 데이터 보관 정책을 참고하세요.

5. 제3자 제공

개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 별도로 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 앱에 표시되는 광고와 관련해 Google AdMob 및 Google User Messaging Platform이 데이터를 처리합니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

• 추적 거부: iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 앱별 추적을 거부할 수 있습니다. 거부 시 맞춤형이 아닌 일반 광고가 제공됩니다.
• 광고 개인화 동의 철회: GDPR/PIPA 대상 지역 이용자는 앱 내 동의 관리 화면 또는 기기 설정에서 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.

1. Introduction

Kangseok Lee (“Developer”) values user privacy and complies with applicable data protection regulations including Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use MotorDrive_Envelope (“App”).

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information Collected by the Developer

The Developer does not directly collect any personal information. Motor parameters (SPMSM parameters), load model settings, presets, and other design inputs created during App use are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to the Developer’s servers.

2.2 Information Collected via the Advertising Partner (Google AdMob)

The App displays banner ads via Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may collect:

• Advertising identifier (IDFA — only with your consent)
• Device information (model, OS version, language settings, etc.)
• Approximate location (country/region level, derived from IP address)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, conversions)

2.3 Consent Management (Google User Messaging Platform)

The App uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present ad personalization consent forms in regions such as the EU. UMP stores your consent choices on your device or via Google’s consent system.

4. Data Retention

4.1 Local Data

Data the App stores on your device (motor and system inputs, presets, display settings) is retained while you continue to use the App, with no fixed expiration period. You may delete this data at any time using either of the following methods:

• Inside the App's preset sheet, swipe a preset to the left to delete it individually.
• Uninstall the App from iOS Settings or the Home screen — all local data is removed immediately together with the App.

4.2 Third-Party Retention

Retention periods for data collected by ad partners are governed by their own policies. See Google Data Retention Policy.

5. Data Sharing

The Developer does not separately share user data with third parties. Ad-related data is processed by Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform.

6. Your Rights

• Opt out of tracking: On iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disable tracking per app. This results in non-personalized ads instead of tailored ones.
• Withdraw advertising consent: Users in GDPR/PIPA regions may withdraw consent via the in-app consent management screen or device settings.
